Rest in peace, Marked Tree, Arkansas, Police Officer Trevor Howard (EOW: June 28, 2026).
Police Officer Howard was on patrol with another officer early Sunday morning when a driver who failed to stop at a stop sign crashed into their patrol vehicle, killing Howard. The other officer sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Police Officer Howard was 25 years old and had served with the Marked Tree Police Department for two months. He is survived by his father, also a law enforcement officer.
