Jets’ Quinnen Williams arrested for trying to board flight at LaGuardia Airport with gun | How much jail time could he face? (UPDATE)

UPDATE (7:42 a.m.): A Queens District Attorney’s office spokeswoman told NJ Advance Media on Friday that Quinnen Williams was issued a desk/court appearance ticket for March 25, when he will be formally charged. The degree of Williams’ criminal possession of a weapon charge won’t be determined until a criminal complaint is written, which will be closer to that arraignment date in Queens County Criminal Court. The spokeswoman said she could provide no further details on Williams’ Thursday night arrest at LaGuardia Airport, including whether his handgun was loaded. Port Authority Police are expected to release an official arrest report later Friday.
