Cesar Morales
Second Vice President Cesar Morales was appointed to the Port Authority Police Department on September 27, 2002, after serving as a New York City police officer since 1998. In addition to Police Officer Morales’ current position, he served the membership as a Delegate, Trustee and Recording Secretary since May 2005. During his Port Authority Police Department career, he served the public in the PAPD Central Police Pool, Holland Tunnel, Newark Liberty International Airport and New Jersey Marine Terminals Commands.
Cesar’s many years of PAPBA Executive Board and law enforcement experience enable him to apply strong leadership skills in the execution of his responsibilities. He expressed his gratitude to the members of the PAPBA for the trust they placed in him saying, “The PAPBA has a strong executive team working for the betterment of the membership. I am thankful and proud to serve Port Authority police officers.”
