First Vice President

Mike Mollahan

Police Officer Mike Mollahan serves as the Port Authority PBA First Vice President, taking office on January 1, 2022. Mike’s previous PAPBA positions included serving as a Delegate, Trustee and the Sergeant-at-Arms. While the PAPBA’s Sergeant-at-Arms, Mike was also appointed as the PAPBA’s New York State Legislative Director. While working in the halls of government in Albany, NY, Mike worked tirelessly in the furtherance of pro-law enforcement legislation, not only for Port Authority police officers but for all law enforcement officers in New York State.

Mike was appointed to the Port Authority Police Department on July 15, 2002. He also was a member of the New York City Police Department for four years prior to his PAPD career. Mike was assigned to various PAPD Commands, including the Central Police Pool, the Newark Liberty International Airport Police Command and the PATH Command.
