PAPD Officers Apprehend Violent Suspect

September 25, 2025 by 911MEDIA

On Tuesday, September 23, in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen, a 25-year-old female Greyhound employee was savagely attacked by a knife-wielding, 36-year-old woman in the Greyhound area of the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Port Authority Police Officers Fajardo and Changtroaleke were alerted to an assault while on patrol at approximately 7 a.m. As they responded, they were informed that the attacker was actively stabbing and slashing the victim. Upon arrival, the officers found the attacker standing over the wounded and bloodied victim. The attacker was quickly taken into custody, and a blood-covered knife was recovered. Additional responding officers rendered aid, controlling the bleeding from the victim’s multiple stab and slash wounds. FDNY EMS arrived shortly after and continued critical care while transporting the victim to the hospital.

The PBA acknowledges the great work by all officers involved and thanks them for their dedication to the people of New York, New Jersey and the millions using Port Authority facilities daily.
