October 26, 2025 by 911MEDIA

The Port Authority PBA always honors and remembers Police Officer John Kane (EOW 10/26/1950).

Police Officer Kane was struck and killed while directing traffic and providing protection for a work detail at the Lincoln Tunnel.

Police Officer Kane had served with the Port Authority Police Department for four years and was a U.S. Army veteran.

John, rest comfortably in the Lord’s eternal embrace. Always Honored, Never Forgotten.
