National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO) President Mick McHale will receive the Police Conference of New York Floyd Holloway Sr. Distinguished Service Award at the general meeting on Monday, October 6, in recognition of his commitment to law enforcement and his advocacy for officers nationwide in Washington, D.C.
McHale also serves as executive vice president of the Florida Police Benevolent Association and president of its Southwest Florida Chapter. Port Authority PBA President Frank Conti serves as second vice president of the Police Conference of New York and as NAPO area vice president.
