In Remembrance: PAPD Lieutenant William Doubraski

November 23, 2025 by 911MEDIA

The Port Authority PBA always honors and remembers PAPD Lieutenant William Doubraski (EOW 11/23/2020).

Lieutenant Doubraski succumbed to a 9/11 illness contracted during his heroic and selfless work in the toxic environment of the WTC Rescue and Recovery Mission.

He had served with the PAPD for 30 years and was a U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam War veteran.

Lieutenant, continue your peaceful rest in the Lord’s eternal embrace. Always Honored, Never Forgotten.
