The members of the Port Authority PBA always honor and remember Port Authority Police Officer Charles Kessler (EOW 12/16/1951).
Police Officer Kessler was killed in the line of duty when he was struck by an 8-ton rescue vehicle at the Holland Tunnel. He had served with the Port Authority Police Department for 23 years.
