In Remembrance: Washington State Patrol Trooper Tara Marysa Guting

Rest in peace, Washington State Patrol Trooper Tara Marysa Guting (EOW 12/19/2025).

Trooper Guting was fatally struck by a vehicle while investigating a motor vehicle collision. She was 29 years old and an eight-year U.S. Army National Guard veteran. She had served the people of Washington State as a Washington State Patrol trooper since October 2024. She is survived by her husband.

Trooper, rest in the Lord’s eternal embrace. Always Honored, Never Forgotten.
