On Friday morning, March 20, Port Authority police were notified of two women threatening passengers with a knife aboard a Newark-to-World Trade Center PATH train. Officers Daniel Kacsmar and Tyler Ringwood of the PAPD PATH Command boarded the train at Journal Square in Jersey City and apprehended both suspects, who were subsequently charged with various offenses. One of the women also had an active warrant out of Newark.
