Rest in peace, Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Jerry Wayne Adamick Jr. (EOW 9/15/2025). Trooper Adamick was responding to a call for assistance from officers when he was killed in a single-vehicle crash. He was 44 years old and had served as Texas DPS trooper for one year. He previously served in the United States Army for more than 20 years. Trooper Adamick is survived by his wife and five adult children. Trooper, rest in the Lord’s eternal embrace.
