Assault Suspect Apprehended by PAPD WTC and PATH Commands
On December 23, a 20-year-old man was assaulted and suffered lacerations to his face on a PATH train and again on a platform in the World Trade Center PATH Station. The alleged suspect, a 33-year-old Jersey City man, fled the station. Port Authority police officers from the PAPD WTC and PATH Commands responded and began a canvass to locate the suspect. PAPD WTC Command Police Officer Dave Ferrara located the suspect on surveillance footage boarding a PATH train to Hoboken.
