Port Authority PD: New Milford Motorist Owed $41,200 In Tolls, Fees

June 23, 2017 by PAPBA

Officer Leonel Gonzales stopped Osigbemhe Coombs, 37, after he drove his 2009 Toyota Camry through the lower-level lane without paying just after 9 a.m., the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said.

A computer check found 642 open violations, he said.

Coombs, a Brooklyn native, was released pending a July 7 appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
