On Saturday, May 16, the Port Authority Police Department Pipes and Drums and Honor Guard participated in the opening ceremony for the First Responders Children’s Foundation 25th Anniversary Gala at Gotham Hall. Edward Cetnar was in attendance celebrating the Foundation’s work supporting the children and families of the nation’s first responders.
