On December 31, in Jersey City, Port Authority PBA President Frank Conti addressed the PAPD Special Operations Division (SOD) roll call before the SOD teams turned out for New Year’s Eve assignments.
Port Authority Police Department patrol, SOD and investigative units, along with area law enforcement partner agencies, coordinated an operational layered safety net that protected the people of New York, New Jersey and all using Port Authority of New York and New Jersey facilities.
