Bragg, Jr., today announced the indictment of LUIS RAMIREZ, 23, for allegedly making terroristic threats to Central Synagogue and the Jewish community in Manhattan. RAMIREZ is charged in a New York State Supreme Court indictment with one count each of Making a Terroristic Threat as a Hate Crime, Making a Terroristic Threat and Aggravated Threat of Mass Harm.

Three people were arrested and two others remain at large after a stolen car rammed a police vehicle twice during a high-speed chase that ended near the George Washington Bridge, authorities said.
