Bragg, Jr., today announced the indictment of LUIS RAMIREZ, 23, for allegedly making terroristic threats to Central Synagogue and the Jewish community in Manhattan. Three people were arrested and two others remain at large after a stolen car rammed a police vehicle twice during a high-speed chase that ended near the George Washington Bridge, authorities said.
